I really need a holiday

I really, really need a holiday. I have had such a stressful winter, and it’s likely to get even more stressful before it finishes. It’s only January, after all! December was a really long and painful month for me, and I had family struggles over Christmas, so if anybody needs a holiday, it’s me. I’m thinking I might even jet off somewhere on my own – just pack a bag and take a trip. I’m quite impulsive like that. I’d like to go to Guatemala or Mexico, and backpack around, meeting locals and having adventures. Failing that, I’d really like to trek across Germany again.
